As I sit here seething at my car dealer that claims that a part I have been waiting for was ordered over 4 months ago and has not come in, and as I think about the disappointments I have with almost every company I deal with, I thought I would take a minute to improve my humor for the day by writing you to thank you for the unusual service your company provides.

Irving came to my house yesterday to replace a receiver. I could tell immediately what type of person Irving was when he walked in the front door and removed his sneakers. He did this even though my boys were walking around the house with cleats on. I could tell that Irving takes a lot of pride in his business. In any event, after Irving installed the receiver, he took the time to go through the entire system to make sure everything was operational. By this extra effort, Irving discovered a problem with one of the speakers and took the time to troubleshoot the problem, identify the problem and fix the problem. In a nutshell, Irving did not do the bare minimum, he did the absolute maximum.

Thank you again. You have a very unusual company. Now that my anger has subsided, I will continue with my law practice in a better mood.
